And is amazing really works all yo u do is wet, ring it out and snap it and is instantly ice cold to cool you off when your working out running or just plan hot. It's very soft and light weight everything thing it says it does is correct I love it...Use it again and again machine washable it's chemical free so no worries as well as UPF 50 so it protects you from the bad damage from the sun.
