Hey boo's so im back with product and info from plexus (what i spoke about for my sister) im their newest ambassador yeyyy and user of the pink drink and i must say that im extremely happy so here is some info for just the plexus slim. and before i get on that i must say that this product from day one i felt a huge difference in my energy, i was always tired by 2 3 in the afternoon time and still had alot to do in a days time and since ive been drinking this amazing drink all that has changed as well as i really don't wanna eat as much. so here is my research.

I get a lot of questions about the Plexus products that I use, mainly what's in it and how does it work. Here is the label of ingredients for Plexus Slim, a drink taken 30 minutes before a meal once a day. It was designed for diabetics and is touted as "the most natural way to lose weight". I'm sharing my own research on each ingredient. Not copied from anyone else.
*Chromium (polynicotinate)- An essential trace mineral required for the regulation of blood sugar. Helps stabilize blood sugar and controls cholesterol and insulin. Essential for energy. Polynicotinate is the most absorbed form of chromium.
*Green coffee bean extract (chlorogenic acid)- Unroasted coffee beans are loaded with antioxidants like chlorogenic acid. Lowers cholesterol, blood sugar and triglyceride levels. Reduces the absorption of carbs in the GI tract and reduces fat absorbed by food.
*Garcinia cambogia- A plant found in Asia. Natural serotonin booster. The skin contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA) which aids in weight loss, decreases belly fat and suppresses appetite.
*Alphalipoic acid- An antioxidant made by the body and found in all cells. Attacks free radicals that harm organs and tissue. Regenerates other antioxidants in the body. Protects brain and nerve tissue.
*Polydextrose- A fiber-like form of glucose that partially ferments in the large intestine, leading to the growth of favorable microflora. Has same qualities of fiber but with no laxative-like effects.
*Citric Acid- A weak, organic acid that occurs naturally in citrus. Used for natural flavor.
*Stevia- A plant used abundantly in Brazil and paraguay as a no calorie sweetener. The safest, most natural no calorie sweetener.
*Lou han guo extract- The fruit of siritia grosvenori. A medicinal herb with a sweet flavor and used as a no-calorie sweetener.
*Guar gum- Derived from the Indian guar bean. Lowers cholesterol and glucose levels
*Silicon dioxide- A trace mineral found in all rocks and sand. 90% of earth is silica. An inactive ingredient used for its absorbing, non clumping properties.

ELF prism eye shadow pallet

 Hey boo's I'm back with another elf product and once again elf has made an amazing eye shadow pallet and I'm in love with it. the colors are so pigmented and beautiful and love every bit of it. yes there only 6 colors but it is very easy to just take with you on the go as well as nude/ neutral colors with color as well for whatever you need for the go and all of them looks grate and there is no mess and powered falling off so stays clean as well the colors and shadow last through the sweat and tears you may come to. hahaha so please girls go out and check it out until next post stay reading and being beautiful... kisses

And is amazing really works all yo u do is wet, ring it out and snap it and is instantly ice cold to cool you off when your working out running or just plan hot. It's very soft and light weight everything thing it says it does is correct I love it...Use it again and again machine washable it's chemical free so no worries as well as UPF 50 so it protects you from the bad damage from the sun. Onyx professional gel remover complete kit

Hey boo boo's I'm back with this complete remover kit by onyx professionals. And this is the first time really seeing this and wowww. I must say it is amazing I'm in love. I wasn't sure if it would work for taking acrylic nails off (witch I was wanting). And it was amazing yes it don't say it's for that reason but it works in all ways and the cleaner is awesome. I used it as well and you would never know I've had nails on for the past 3 months straight and in bad need of a refill.... I love this kit lots it has  20 foil wraps, 6 mini sanding blocks, 20 wipes and 2 wooden manicure sticks....everything y ever need for ur nails lol easy to use as well. I bought mine at Walmart for $6.20 tax included....well worth it go try it out I love it 20 in my eyes

Via natural ultra care argan oil

Hey boo's I'm back with this wonderful argan oil by via natural. I've tried alot of different argan oils and this one by far is the best one I've tried. It's made in the USA and is amazing. I love how it is in my hair light weight,smells grate and keeps my hair soft and feeling amazing for days on in. I have a big problem with dry,frizzy hair thick as well and it covers in all of those problems as well as it is says it helps in growth I haven'tbeen using it long to know truth about that part but I believe it's good so boo's go get it. Vita liberata luxury tan tanning moose

Hey boo's I'm back with a different tanning moose it's my second time doing this self tanning thing and I only have one coat on so far and still setting so I don't think I'ma do more cause I'm really feeling how it is now no orange look or nothing bad yeyyy I do like it. It's in medium shade and I know u cnt tell to much sorry my camera is crapy but it looks amazing and still can tell from before and after its easy to do and feels amazing on can't tell at all so a plus I say go out and try it....until next time stay reading and beautiful boo's

la color bold lash mascara

 hey boo's so i got this la color bold lash mascara and wow i so found my new favorite mascara now and here it is. this mascara is so light weight and smooth compare to other mascara's and is small so its compact as well easy to cary along with you... i love the brush as well gets every bit of your lashes and give this a 10 star so please go out and get this and will go with the resent palette that i posted from them. until next time stay fly and beautiful and kisses.... 

La color 30 color eye shadow palette

 hey boo's I'm back again sorry for the wait but im here with the La color 30 eye shadow palette and this is so by far my favorite palette by them that ive tried even with my other color palette.. this palette is so bold and beautiful in the color i mean the color on the palette before touching it is how they come out on ur eyes and last a long time as always with la colors there just such a amazing company and my fav. besides shany. i know you cant really tell from my pictures and i apologize again for the look my camera did not like me tonight but this is a awesome palette the item number is 74205 and its called in the moment.... please please boo's go out or order online and get this palette....until next post keep looking fly and beautiful..kisses

Balloon bonanza review

Hey boo's sorry for the long wait for the review of the balloon bonanza been busy but just did it and to tell you the truth thought it would be a bit better I mean it's a easy and neat thing but, the balloon ' s are very small as well as being small to throw at someone like u usely do for a balloon fight or play it don't pop u only can throw at a building or grown to pop or pop with ur hands on someone so I really don't care for them  but good idea for it though until next time kisses

 Hey Boo's im sorry ive been away for a while but im back with the selfie stick. Ive heard so much about this and wanted to see if it is all that is said about. so i went to my local walmart and because i love pink i got the color ones for $5 or you can go for more but plain black and spend $14 $15. and i love it. its so easy to use and works with any touch screen phone. it takes away from the struggle of getting a group selfie or any perfect selfie that you dont want to be bad cause you cant get the distance or height to make it look amazing i love it. so if you take alot of pics like i do run and get you one.... stay tuned because this weekend i will be doing a blog about the as seen on tv Balloon Bonanza kisses boos
